Types of work/ job description:

·        Open Park gates

·        Cleaning Washroom Building / clean & restock all pit toilets

·        Check and Empty Garbage Cans

·        Public Relations 

·        Rule Enforcements, Dogs Off Leash, Drinking of Alcohol 

·        Lawn maintenance: mowing, weedwacking, field repair and top soiling, leaf raking/ removal

·        Trail and roadside brushing

·        Infrastructure maintenance

·        Major trail repairs: Recapping, culvert replacement or addition, major ditching or re-establishing

·        New constructions: Tables/ pads, Info shelters, Fences 

·        Major brushing/ tree clearing 

Job requirements:

·        Valid drivers license class 5 or 7, drivers abstract to be submitted upon hire.

·        Strong verbal skills and friendly demeanor when interfacing with the public. 

·        Mature, professional attitude.

·        Experience with a variety of small power tools and equipment

·        Self motivated and able to stay on task when not directly supervised. 

·        Strong physical fitness, able to stand and work outside in a variety of terrain and  weather conditions. 

·        Available to work weekends.

Preference will be given to applicants who are or have:

·        Mechanical, construction and maintenance experience or aptitude 

·        Experience driving large pick ups with dump boxes

·        Experience operating small equipment: mini exs, skid steers, ect. 

·        Experience with chainsaws, bucking and slashing
